This document proposes improvements to the HousePad service, including storing data from QuickBooks in PostgreSQL, replacing QuickBooks push notifications with a direct messaging system, building a versioned API, storing images on Amazon, and implementing a command layer in the mobile app. It also outlines permission changes such as all users having the same rights, the ability for anyone to create houses and hire helpers, owners editing their own profiles, and inviting new users or helpers to homes.
