2. Occupied Unit- Php 500
Unoccupied Unit- Php 200
Start of new payment scheme- December 2017 and every 30th of the
month thereafter.
7 Days grace period for payment will be allowed
After 7 days grace period, a 3% penalty will be charged
3 months past due will be subject for water line disconnection of the
members unit among others
For water line reconnection,the member is required to settle the past due
including the penalty plus the water line reconnection fee of Php 250.00

Granada Mondays-Saturdays; 7:00AM-5:00PM.
3. Clubhouse - Php 3,500 per 6hrs rental (200 per extended Hrs.)
Clubhouse w/ swimming Pool - Php 5,000 per 8hrs rental (300 per
extended Hrs.)
Swimming Pool only- Php 2,500 per 8hrs rental (150 per extended Hrs.)
Note:
Coordinate to our CKRHOA Officers. Reservation must be 2 weeks ahead
before the said event.
Party and other noises that disturb peace and tranquility is discouraged and
should be strictly avoided.
Noises like (shouting, laughing, noisy storytelling, open pipe muffler and any
disturbing noise will not be allowed)
4. Videoke Ban -from 11:00 PM to 12:00 NN;City Ordinance No. 596 any Person
or Business Entity who violates.
(Any violation can be reported to CKRHOA officers with supporting proof like videos
or pictures of said violation)
1st Offense - 1,000 Pesos Fine
2nd Offense Fine of 2,000 Pesos
3rd Offense Fine of 3,000 Pesos

5. Cattle, pigs, sheep, horses, goats, and other large animals that are likely to cause
inconvenience or harm due to offensive odors, and unwanted noise as well as
cause endangerment to health and safety are not allowed.
Breeding of animals like chicken is strictly prohibited.
Pets should be kept within the perimeter of each property. Whenever taken out of
such properties, pets where applicable shall be held by a leash or otherwise
properly restrained or contained.
Dogs taken on walks or constitutionals should be leashed. In case of aggressive
dogs, close supervision and muzzles are strongly encouraged.
Loose or unleashed dogs roaming the streets shall be considered stray.
The owner shall be responsible for any nuisances, incidents and injuries to
person(s) or damage(s) to property caused by his pets. He shall be responsible for
the cleaning of the dirt, stool or urine, and rubbish caused by the pets in the
common areas.
Owners must see to it that any noise created by their pets is minimized so as not
to disturb nearby houses.
Owners shall be responsible for having their domestic pets vaccinated.
Pets of any kind should be limited to reasonable numbers and should not cause
any undue disturbance to neighbors due to cries, calls and other noises or cause
annoyance because of strong odors.

The discharge of firearms inside the village is prohibited. Also prohibited is the use
of firecrackers and similar pyrotechnics except on New Year但
s Eve and the Lunar
Chinese New Year. Proper safety procedures must be followed.
7. Door to door solicitations, surveys, samples and the like are not allowed. With
proper notification from the CKRHOA office and prior notice to the residents of the
village, all Government initiated surveys is allowed. Distribution of notices,
circulars, flyers, etc, must be cleared and coursed through the CKRHOA office.
A. PARKING Park only in front of own house by parking up your car into the gutter.
Double parking is not allowed.
B. SPEED LIMIT - Observe the 20 KPH speed limit at all times. Guards must remind
drivers the speed limit applies throughout the village.
8. A. With valid Car Stickers (during night time, the driver should switch on the
vehicles passengers light)
B. Without Car Stickers or expired stickers
- Driver will surrender his/her license to the guard prior to the entry.
- Record the name of the driver/plate no., name of homeowners/residents.
- Report to the CKR office and submit a list of vehicle , plate no. /owner all vehicles
with expired stickers and without stickers.
- Outsider/Non-resident Record the time In and Out, plate no. of the
vehicles/drivers name , destination/passenger on board.
- Outsider/Non-resident vehicles must be inspected at entry.
C. Delivery Trucks
- leave license and present gate pass. No overnight parking shall be allowed.
- Issue vehicle pass amounting Php 20.00 (except for food deliver)
