Maintenance 1.0 : Ladder use maintenance method This method is still in use today and it's useful. But What if the height to work is high (over 4 or 5m)? There is a risk of falling when working on a ladder. Depending on the environment, it is difficult to secure the ladder safely. The minimum number of workers is two or more. Safety equipment should be worn to prepare for a fall.
Maintenance 2.0 : Maintenance using lift equipment It is one of the most commonly used maintenance methods for products located on high place. It is much more developed than the ladder-based maintenance method, and it is easy to maintain the product on the high place. The weakness of this maintenance method is the high equipment rental cost happens. Even if you make a purchase, the maintenance cost of the equipment continues to arise. Depending on the environment, it is difficult to enter the equipment. There is still a risk of a safety accident because this method still has to work at a high Place.
