- 4. Double click on Epidata entry client
- 5. Foremost • Close your project file in Epidata Manager software otherwise……..
- 6. Alternatively …………. Double click on the enter data in Epidata Manager
- 7. To open a file in Entry client: Go to open project open project/open recent
- 8. Your data entry template Has opened. Now you are All set to start data Entry.
- 9. Serial number is auto entered, in Increasing order Date of data entry is auto entered: todays date Red means Must enter
- 10. Once whole data is Entered in one record, Please save it on the Hard disk
- 11. First record is visible
- 12. We have entered five records
- 13. After completion of data entry, Save the project
- 14. End: Exit
- 15. How to export data to SPSS software •Open epidata manager Click on the export
- 16. Select the correct file
- 17. If you are exporting to Spss then use stata
- 18. Select the destination file Carefully to prevent misplacing
- 19. Check the correct Final destination of saving file
- 21. This is export report
- 22. To open file in SPSS….. •You should have spss software on your system
