 Commit to the habit of self-discipline by not allowing exceptions within the first 90 days of
developing a new habit.
 Experience the power of the habit of optimism some day this week. Select one thing you
want in your future, then commit to actively thinking about it at least six times throughout
the day.
 Develop the habit of being goal-orientated by selecting one main goal, making a plan for its
