breath
Go to a
silent place
and ...
Ask yourself these questions
Did I do

anything

wrong?
Did I

provoke

my client/

partner?
improve
What can I
             the
do to
             situation?
What can I do to keep the relationship (or repair it)?
What can I do, in the
 long run, to avoid
  such things from
    happening?
While
doing this
analysis....
Do not try to

justify your acts. 
Do not find excuses.

advocate.
