A new way of working
through behaviour and
organization!


     In five stages…
First stage:

Indeed, you can't order innovation but
you can induce it and reward it;
nevertheless, the best way to create an
innovating climate is the total
immersion in it during the daily
business; it requires a great freedom,
initiative enhancement and
unconstrained relationship between
collaborators whatever their relative
level would be.
Second stage


Once you have been reaching such a state of
mind, you will be able to diffuse the kind of
innovation waited for by the company in
various fields.
Third stage

Afterwards, in order to generate
suitable insights and harvest them, you
will need a framework of informatrion
systems including, as mentioned by
former responders, social networks-
oriented platforms. If you well
performed those three stages, you will
master an innovative organization with
enthusiastic staff.
Fourth stage (permanent)


It is not sufficient to motivate people and set
up a suitable organization; you will have to
nurture it by means of information.

- Information on technology
- Information on markets

This role may be fulfilled by the network
structure and works in any direction.
Fifth stage (permanent)

You will have to sift innovations and
set up an experts committee to validate
innovations, align them on strategy and
making decisions about their
realization: this committee will
communicate with the staff to ewplain
its decisions.
