To make a document secure, follow these steps: create a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and contains characters from each of the 4 categories - uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. A strong password does not contain your username, name, or company name, is not a common word, and is significantly different than previous passwords.
