To make pancakes, assemble ingredients like Bisquick, eggs, milk, baking powder, lemon juice and sugar. Mix the ingredients together without any clumps. Pour batter in 1/4 cup portions onto a heated griddle. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown. Top the pancakes with butter, syrup, berries or other toppings before eating until full.
