Title: How to remove Black Heads

 Black heads are formed due to excessive sebum
and dead cells.
 It is also formed due to open, clogged pores
which react with oxygen.
 Here are few remedies to reduce and remove
black heads.
Honey or Honey With Milk
 Honey is an anti-bacterial substance which
reacts with pores.
 We can also form a mixture by mixing honey
with milk and apply it on the blackheads area.
 This should be left for 20 minutes and then the
adhesive should be removed carefully.
 It helps in minimizing the dead cells.
Turmeric
 Non-edible turmeric has to be taken and this
should be applied on black heads area.
 It helps in removing dead cells.
 Please note turmeric is sensitive to certain skins
and if you face itching once you apply turmeric,
please change the recipe.
Lemon Juice
 Since Lemon juice is an astringent substance, it
helps in minimizing the pores thus causes
contraction of skin tissue and minimizes dead
cells.
Baking Soda
 Baking soda should be taken and slight
scrubbing should be done. Kindly note do not
overdo it as it may dry your skin.
Egg Whites
 Egg whites tighten pores. It is rich in nutrients
and healthy for skin and causes less dryness.
Water
 Water is best liquid to remove dead cells.
 Wash the area of dead cells twice a day so that
dead cells are removed.
 Please note this is the most economical method
and you should apply moisturizer after washing
your face in order to avoid dryness of skin.

 Scrubbing sugar pellets around dead cells will
exfoliate dead cells. Sugar is the best exfoliating
agent.
Sweating
 Do some exercise or apply steam to sweat and
wipe it using smooth towel to remove dead cells.
 This method can reduce dead cells however it
cannot remove them completely.
Pore Strip
 Form a strip made of gauze cloth or cotton strip
and apply it on around dead cells.
 Leave this for 20 minutes and remove the gauze
cloth.
 It is one of the temporary solutions to minimize
black heads.
Note: If you notice itching or other types of
insensitivity while using any of the above
methods, avoid that method.
