Frequently, before you get or win a project in IT industry you do not have a team yet. So what to do, where to find those guys you need, developers, designers, scrum masters etc? Ok, you put an ad somewhere, tweet about it, facebook it, talk on LinkedIn and get a massive response. Seems like a win, but? Challenge, which ones to pick, whose the best Fit? You might go for your old university friends or guys you know from Open Source Communities, but are they the ones you need?
