This document provides tips for shipping accessible web products. It discusses:
1) Accessibility needs to be done differently in different organizations, either through a "done is better than perfect" or "all stars must align" model.
2) Accessibility is everyone's job throughout the product development lifecycle, not just developers.
3) Companies should start with high impact, easy wins like adding labels and improving keyboard navigation rather than harder or lower impact items.
4) Set clear expectations about what can realistically be achieved regarding compliance standards rather than promising more than is possible.
5) Accessibility initiatives should piggyback on other projects rather than working in isolation.
