- 2. HEITZ PARSONS SADEK is a full service international hospitality design firm based in Palm Beach, Florida with a branch office in Beijing, China. The firm was founded in 1998 by three architect / interior designers, Jean-Philippe Heitz, David Parsons and Aiman Sadek. The firm specializes in the interior architecture and design of hotels, restaurants, resorts, spas, clubs, entertainment venues and high end residential projects for the international luxury hospitality market.
- 3. Jean-Philippe H eitz Jean-Philippe Heitz is an architect of French origin with a degree in urban planning. Although he is a registered architect in his own country, he has always been interested in the more detailed involvement required by interior and industrial design. Mr. Heitz quickly moved on the international scene and lived in Europe, Asia and Unite States; over more than 20 years he participated with the most famous international hospitality design firms in the design of various five-star hotel properties around the world. His strength as a partner include an endless creativity fueled by his worldwide travel and working experience, a reliable technical knowledge and an unusual ability to communicate his design visions with simplicity and respect. David P arsons David Parsons graduated from the University of Houston, USA in 1980, where he studied architecture and sculpture in the Visiting Critics Honor Studio. Mr. Parsons is a licensed architect with 26 years of design experience and 21 years of professional registration; he holds licenses to practice architecture in New York and Florida. Since the early 80’s Mr. Parsons has specialized in various scale architectural, interiors and planning projects for the international hospitality market. Before the founding of HEITZ PARSONS SADEK, he held senior design and studio management position for several of the leading US design firms. During his extensive professional career, he has completed many projects in the U.S., Australia, Asia and Latin America. Aiman S adek Aiman Sadek studied architecture and art in Alexandria, Egypt and moved to the United States in 1983 to join an international architectural design firm in Florida, USA. Mr. Sadek is a licensed interior designer with 20 years in various interior design experienced. With his early experiences in hospitality design, he then specialized in the development of corporate image through interior design for major restaurant franchises.Mr. Sadek expanded his career when he joined an international hotel design firm specialized in high-end hotels and resorts; he was involved as senior designer with various international projects for major operators.Mr. Sadek brings to HEITZ PARSONS SADEK an invaluable knowledge of the technical and operational requirements in restaurants and hotel design. No particular style is unknown in the range of his experience.
