The Opportunity: Senior HR Leader
As a Senior Human Resources leader, you will own the strategy, development, and
execution of key core functions such as: compensation, HRIS, and benefits, while also
partnering with senior leadership and supporting all levels of employees. This position
begins as an individual contributor that reports to our Head of People and will serve as
her subject matter expert and strategic partner in all people aspects as you build out the
infrastructure and team together. As the company's HR needs grow, this role will also
have an opportunity to build a team.

Build:
 Be the in-house HR expert to
address questions and provide
guidance to the executive
team on HR systems, benefits,
company policies,
immigration-related questions,
compensation and leveling,
and more
Lead:
 Lead employee expansion in
new countries
 Build and lead a team as the
business grows
 While partnering with Susan
Hwang, Head of People, as the
subject matter expert for
everything under the HR
umbrella

 Solid people operations experience; strong domain expertise as a generalist
 Experience building and scaling HR processes within a fast-growing
company in technology preferred
 An advanced degree, PHR or SPHR certification preferred
 A never ending urge to keep learning and introducing your partners to
cutting edge HR ideas and tools
 Experience hiring and leading a team
