7. The Opportunity: Senior HR Leader
As a Senior Human Resources leader, you will own the strategy, development, and
execution of key core functions such as: compensation, HRIS, and benefits, while also
partnering with senior leadership and supporting all levels of employees. This position
begins as an individual contributor that reports to our Head of People and will serve as
her subject matter expert and strategic partner in all people aspects as you build out the
infrastructure and team together. As the company's HR needs grow, this role will also
have an opportunity to build a team.
