This document outlines the performance appraisal processes and inputs for different employee types from January to February. For non-exempt employees, the performance appraisal was done manually without a system until 2002 when a new process called MAP was introduced. MAP is also used for exempt managers' performance appraisals. The inputs for non-exempt performance appraisals include a PA form, manager feedback, and performance numbers.
