will be treated as without ticket and charged as per extant Railway rules.

Obtain certif icate f rom the TTE /Conductor in case of PARTIALLY waitlisted e-ticket LESS NO. OF PASSENGERS trav elled A.C.FAILURE, 
TRAVEL IN LOWER CLASS. This original certif icate must be sent to GGM (IT), IRCTC, Internet Ticketing Centre, IRCA Building, State Entry 
Road, New Delhi-110055 af ter f iling on-line ref und request f or claiming ref und. 
In case of Partial conf irmed/RAC/Wait listed ticket,TDR should be f iled online of all the those passengers who did not trav el f or processing of 
ref und in prescribed time as per Railway ref und rules. The ref und will be processed by the concerned zonal Railway s as per Railway ref und rules. 
Passengers are adv ised not to carry inf lammable/dangerous/explosiv e/articles as part of their luggage and also to desist f rom smoking in the 
trains.
