In 2023, Frik decided to pursue a new chapter by founding Prime Belize Real Estate in collaboration with trusted colleagues and local agents. The firm officially opened in January 2024 and operates with a modern business model focused on responsiveness, client service, and improved listing visibility. He currently leads sales and strategy for the company, overseeing a portfolio that includes land parcels, luxury homes, and private islands.
Friks entrepreneurial energy extends beyond real estate. He launched 501properties.com, a user-friendly classifieds platform for property listings, and founded Placencia Storage, now Belize's largest storage rental facility. Together with Ilse, he also created Chillpoint, a popular coffee shop, ice cream bar, and wine lounge that serves both locals and visitors in Placencia.

The firm also built a reputation for handling premium listings, such as private islands and luxury beachfront estates, which attracted an increasing number of buyers from North America and Europe.
In 2023, Frik decided to pursue a new chapter by founding Prime Belize Real Estate in collaboration with trusted colleagues and local agents. The firm officially opened in January 2024 and operates with a modern business model focused on responsiveness, client service, and improved listing visibility. He currently leads sales and strategy for the company, overseeing a portfolio that includes land parcels, luxury homes, and private islands.
Friks entrepreneurial energy extends beyond real estate. He launched 501properties.com, a user-friendly classifieds platform for property listings, and founded Placencia Storage, now Belize's largest storage rental facility. Together with Ilse, he also created Chillpoint, a popular coffee shop, ice cream bar, and wine lounge that serves both locals and visitors in Placencia.
