I. OBJECTIVES Illustrate and discuss the different exercises using the upper and lower body muscles for strength training and muscles development.
Execute accordingly the strenght training exercises and the dynamic and static stretches necessary for muscle development for athletes
Assess ones physical stability and development personal commitment by following trainng program for strength.
A. Content Standard This module was collaborative designed, developed and reveviewed by educatos both from public and private institutions to assist the teacher in helping the
learners meet the standard set by the K-12 Curriculum while overcoming their personal, social and economic constraints in schooling.
B. Performance Standard Engage the learners into guided and independent learning activities and help learners acuire the needed 21st
century skills while
taking into consideration their needs and circumstances
