The guard of a mysterious stone door was found dead, which amazed the town. That night, a monster began scaring the people each night for many weeks until it finally died. Now the town celebrates Halloween in remembrance. The second story describes how every week the biggest monster emerges from the door for the guard to fight. This time, the guard Nofis was prepared to battle the fierce monster Goofis because he had made a potion three days prior that would enable him to win any battle in the next eight days. As planned, Nofis defeats the monster in their fight.

Today, Goofis, the fiercest of the monsters was fighting the guard named Nofis and today Nofis was ready because three days before Nofis had made a potion that would make him win any battle that he fought in eight days. So, Nofis was ready to win the battle. The monster came out and Nofis was ready to fight. He fought and fought and fought until Nofis won. the end bh ~ age 7
