Students must form groups of 5 members each to evaluate and analyze the appraisal process at Southfield. Groups must submit a 4 page maximum hard copy report by Friday, January 27th analyzing the effectiveness of the performance review instrument and interview. The report should be in Times New Roman 12 point font with 1.5 spacing and 1 inch margins.
