The Pink Dragon Ladies of Tampa and Save Our Sisters of Miami will co-host the 2014 International Breast Cancer Paddlers' Commission Dragon Boat Festival in October 2014 in Sarasota, Florida. The festival expects to draw 100 breast cancer survivor dragon boat teams and 2500 paddlers from around the world to participate in racing and events focused on breast cancer awareness, wellness, and survivorship. Dragon boat racing has attracted thousands of breast cancer survivors internationally since 1996 and is a growing team water sport.
