i. Computer systems are combinations of components designed to process data and store files. They are used by different types of users like home users, SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) users, power users, mobile users, and large business users. ii. Presentation software features include organization charts, rehearsing timing, photo albums, and PowerPoint shows. Common computer applications include email, web browsers, desktop publishing (DTP) software, games, and accounting programs. iii. Common network topologies are the ring topology and star topology. The star topology has advantages like easy implementation and adding new devices, and failures of individual nodes do not affect the whole network.
