Smart School progress in Malaysia Since year 1999, the Smart School Project has been set with stages that comprise of different significant changes in order to develop the project : STAGE ONE : THE PILOT (1999-2002) STAGE TWO : THE POST-PILOT (2002- 2005) STAGE THREE : MAKING ALL SCHOOL SMART (2005-2010) STAGE FOUR : CONSOLIDATE AND STABILIZE (2010-2020)
