One of my more interesting ad internship applications asked me to send in a brief pitch for a big idea I wanted to see executed. This was my response.

Save The Camels Camille Trent
The Report In 7th grade, I did a report on camels because they were the animal that sounded closest to my name. I was slightly narcissistic as a child.
The Report It was during this time that I discovered there were only 1,000 Bactrian (two-humped) Camels left in existence.
Beta Like Armstrong (this was before the doping and right at the peak of Livestrong), I made my own homemade awareness bracelets which I handed out to classmates.
Most Likely I was subsequently dubbed Most Likely to Save an Endangered Species the next year. This was slightly less flattering than my Most Likely To be a Rock Star title senior year. Thats right, this girl

The Facts As of 2009, there were only 900 wild bactrain camels left in existence, making them the 8th most endangered large mammal in the world. The camel from The Weeping Camel Hes weeping because hes sad.

Record The user that can keep his cameltron alive the longest will win a date with the Hump Day Camel (and maybe even a ride, if hes up for it).
