The most practical solution is to have a classroom training for students to get
prepared for interviews and then followed up with an onboarding classroom
training in the organization. The students will be more receptive to attending
classroom and it can appeal to all types of learners as they are already in the
classroom environment

? In this portal of student corporate exchange companies can list the skills that they will be
looking for in interviews and point them to resources
? The portal will also have list of learnings, skills that students can acquire after getting a
placement in the company and before joining the company. This will reduce the

students from corporates and wherin students can pick, thirdparties can provide
