• Talk to the HR of the company, and explain the situation. I did not know what I
was getting into. Can I change my department? This is what I have
studied, and I think based on my studies and my liking I want a job where in I
can be productive.

• Seek out similar set of people in the workplace and create a group. Network
, talk and see how one can help each other. Be the support group to what one
is looking for. Each person will know someone which will in turn make the
network grow.
