Access- equity and quality with interlaced components of relevance, value- education and creativity. Grant autonomy to colleges. Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan and Rashtriya Ucchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA). Under the RUSA programme, the union government will incentivize states to improve quality of higher education.

Dropout rate from schools should be checked in the first place Every university should start some vocational courses through community service Impart students employable skills, giving them job oriented training. Open school system Flexibility to students for integrating academic and vocational courses. Innovations in schools in the tribal areas
- 4. Free Lunch and Vocational education with daily salary for high school after school hours. This will help parents to economically be stable and send the children to school. Do drop out study for every state and every district. Bring special teachers for tribal areas. Donation by Corporates for education can have a big positive impact on these children
