2. Colleges/Universities offering courses to help students prepare for formal jobs.
3. Volunteers at the company to talk to candidates about how they got the position in that
company
4. Motivate companies to make internship programs closer to the formal job activities,
valuing the student and actually training the person.
5. Coaching programs cheaper or held in Colleges/Universities.
6. Students that got their first jobs could give tips to other colleagues on how they did it.
7. Colleges/University offering more labs, as in Jr. Consultants or Jr. Agencies.
8. Program Adopt a candidate - help find a position in another company for the other
candidates that went well in the interviews.
9. Network of unemployed people  a person can offer the network contacts to other 3
people, so the network can be broaden.
10. College/University visiting companies to introduce students to the job environment.
11. Board game that simulates real job situations, interviews, tests, contract process, day-
to-day routines etc.
12. Parties for people to talk about their job situation and their companies selection
processes.
13. Apps that can connect the person with the different job websites and give tips for
interviews.
