The job search process described in the document was difficult and exhausting for the job seeker. They went through many interviews but were never offered a position. It would be helpful if companies provided feedback to candidates about why they were not selected. The job seeker learned a lot through this experience and has identified several creative ideas to help improve the process for finding employment, such as companies providing more feedback, colleges offering job preparation courses, and networking opportunities between candidates and those already employed.
