Born from a curricular assignment for ISTUD Business School, Identity through mentoring: New perspectives on HR management has became a pilot study on the evolution of the HR management in Italy and abroad.
The key aspects of the role have been trasformed by the new dynamics of the labor market, as well as the new organizational models and technologies.
Our research aims to identifying these new trends through the stories of HR managers and the mentoring relationship that will be generated by the confrontation between professionals and novices in this field.
