This document summarizes an Information Economics & Business Intelligence Lab. The lab focuses on services innovation and value creation in information technology. It covers topics related to communication, content, channels, and commerce (5C areas). Current research projects include Web 2.0, peer production, collective intelligence, social networks, and digital supply chains. The lab offers courses in IT economics, emerging IT and business, game theory, and business intelligence. It has 4 PhD students, 6 MS students, and 3 undergraduate students. Graduate students take coursework in their first year and conduct research in their second year.
