Currently how we communicate on the social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter are all a part of the scheme and or strategic plan of the “Transformational process.”

“If You Have Knowledge, Let other Light their Candles by It.” By HILDA BROWN Currently, how we communicate on the social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter are all a part of the scheme and or strategic plan of the “Transformational process.” We are sharing vision and or knowledge; however, the ones who are truly making sense of the ideas are the followers of the leaders and or of thought leaders. The simplicity in gaining knowledge of “Create Value in Projects through Information Ecology” acts on the principle of sharing knowledge and learning. And this can be accomplished by learning on the job as well as within a class room and or from the many environments we interface with. But the question is By Sonia Usih 1
how can we transform this learning fairly if “…fate offers you the change of regeneration” as to what has gone wrong with the world’s economy? …Are you justified in overleaping the obstacles of mere custom … But it (our conscience) can't come to a decision. If you are afraid that you may bring shame to what you most cherish or destroy what you most desire to protect?” Then why are we creating a world of imbalance? We already know and defined the extraordinary risks involved in the “Agile” innovations. Therefore, why are we not fully disclosing, resolving, and or controlling the risks while innovating at the same time? There is not a value to not disclosing and accumulating more risks. In the end it will destroy us. We have already seen the undisclosed demise of MS XP computer, the NSA PRISM invasion, the hacking of Target customers’ private data (information), Bitcom unsuccessful attempt of digital currency, encryption password compromised etc. Furthermore, our US President has bailed us out of many corruption loopholes which destroyed our automobile, financial and the housing industries. And this destruction was cause by our well educated business people. Yet we have not resolved any of the defined and or inherited risks and we are further taking more “Big Leaps,” in order to recover? And we know the recovery will be one sided. That’s the rich gets richer. And the poor will never catch up to the “Total change of Transformation of our economic crisis.” We are creating a world of imbalance such as the consequences within the fictional movies the “Hunger Games,” and “Divergent” But are they fictional movies or reality that is already occurring? Our foreseeable and or existing future is already here. Take a good look at the division of disparity in our world. Do we truly not see the forecast? Education is there for those who can afford it. For example, there are quite a few of us on the LinkedIn professional By Sonia Usih 2
network who we are educated and have many years of working experiences and are quite capable of being innovative if given the opportunity to “…Light their Candles by it.” Therefore, “Create Value in Projects through Information Ecology” for our innovated transformation. By Sonia Usih 3
