Carrie and Ashleigh will split responsibilities as production runners, with Carrie coordinating extras and locations while Ashleigh handles paperwork. As a production runner, duties will vary between assisting in the production office and on set, bringing props and distributing paperwork during filming. Charlotte will record all audio as sound, working closely with the camera operator to avoid being in shots. Cesca will perform all camera work as directed by Liam, the director in charge of the entire production, including actors and shots.

Liam – Director Charlotte – Sound Cesca – Camera Carrie and Ashleigh – Production Runners Whilst shooting our film I will be one of the production runners along with Carrie this involves us being assigned to each of the main departments but as there is only two we will split the departments between us such as one dealing with camera and one sound and I will be doing things such as dealing with all the paper work and co coordinating extras and making sure everyone knows the locations etc. My roll will include me working with everyone however I will mainly be working closest with the director as he will be the one instructing everyone what to do including me. My responsibilities will sometimes vary considerably depending on where Production Runners are assigned. In the Production Office duties typically include: assisting with answering telephones, filing paperwork and data entry, arranging lunches, dinners, and transportation reservations, photocopying, general office administration, and distributing production paperwork but whilst the shooting of the film is taking place my jobs will change to bringing props and props. Charlotte will be dealing with the sound she will be recording all of the audio that is needed in our film, because she cannot be seen on the camera doing this she will there for have to work closest with the camera man to make sure that she is not in the shot because any time she is we will have to re shoot everything again, the reason she has to be careful is because she will be using a large microphone to get the sound and she will have to put this above the actors heads this large microphone is called a boom poll.
Cesca as the camera woman will be doing all the camera work, filming everything. She will be working with the director the most as she will have to take the directors instructions and shoot the film in certain shots and angles. She will sometimes have to re shoot when things aren’t right for editing and things like that. Liam will be the director and his responsibilities will be to be in charge of the entire production he will be telling everyone what they will have to do this involves dealing with all the actors making sure that they are where they are supposed to be doing and saying what they are supposed to be. The success of the film lies mostly with the director as he is the one that holds everything together during the production part.
