This document contains the results of measurements conducted by Nokia Siemens Networks to analyze voice call quality issues. Outdoor and indoor measurements of 2G and 3G voice services were taken. The results showed good outdoor signal from a site 300m away and good indoor signal and call performance. The recommendation was to improve signals further through tilt optimization and increased power for the serving cell.
