5. Competition DetailsThe competition is open to all cake makers and cake decorators. Provide own cakes for the eventMust be prepared in a professional industry kitchen that is sanitary and has met all health inspection regulations. Proper food handling procedures must be followed. Those who do not bake may still enter if they find a professional sponsor or baker to create their cakes. Lists of ingredients of each cake must be provided.
