Personnel must follow proper safety procedures and use protective equipment when working at heights above 6 feet, in confined spaces, excavations, with ladders, hoisting/rigging equipment, and motor vehicles/equipment. Safety systems and barriers must not be disabled, and aerial lifts must only be operated by certified personnel according to regulations. Violations can result in warnings, deductions from pay, or termination, depending on the severity of the risk to workplace safety and health.
