1. A case report describes a minimal invasive flapless surgery to place implants followed by immediate loading with a CAD/CAM fabricated bridge. Guided surgery was used along with a 3D printed surgical guide and temporary prosthesis to accurately place and restore the implants. This resulted in a minimally invasive procedure to replace a failing bridge with a new immediately loaded bridge.
