He conducts an experiment approaching strangers and asking them questions to derive their impressions of him. 2) The responses Adam receives indicate people's tendencies to assume things about his personality, background, and past based on his appearance and demeanor. For example, some think he seems friendly while others think he seems timid. 3) People also offer differing assumptions about Adam's goals, upbringing, and school experiences when asked by him, showing how impressions can vary widely between individuals forming judgements from minimal exposure and information.

No, not at all, but that doesn't stop us doing it, i know for a fact because i do it. for example, who am i to you? A face on a screen? A face you've most likely never seen before. am i a murderer? No. But do you know that? No. What would people say if they were to see you for the first time? Would they call you friendly? Timid? Creepy? Self obsessed?
