Tarun Tahiliani is an Indian designer based in Mumbai known for his bridal wear designs that combine traditional aesthetics with modern silhouettes. One of his most famous works was the "Kumbhback" design inspired by the Maha Kumbh Mela, and another notable work was the bridal wear he designed for Jemima Khan in 1995 when she married Imran Khan. He studied in India and the United States and opened India's first multi-designer boutique with his wife featuring works from several top Indian designers.
