Product Name: Indoler APS

Salt & Composition: Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg

Mode of Actions:
Aceclofenac has a faster, more forceful effect compared to other cox-2 inhibitors and NSAIDs. Aceclofenac
has been shown to have potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities, similar to indomethacin and
diclofenac and due to its preferential cox-2 blockade it has better safety than conventional NSAIDs with
respect to adverse effects on gastrointestinal and cardiovascular system. It also has an outstanding anti-
inflammatory profile that inhibits activated oxygen species production and influences cell adhesion.
Aceclofenac may be a better option for the management of pain.

Paracetamol is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. It is used to treat many conditions such as
headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers. It also relieves pain in
mild arthritis but has no effect on the underlying inflammation and swelling of the joint.

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme available for clinical use more than a decade. It binds to alpha-2-
macroglobulin in the blood in the ratio of 1:1 which helps to mask its antigenicity but retains its enzymatic
activity and is slowly, transferred to site of inflammation. Serratiopeptidase hydrolyses bradykinin,
histamine and serotonin responsible for oedematic status. It reduces swelling improves microcirculation &
expectoration of sputum etc. Serratiopeptidase has anti-inflammatory, anti-oedemic and fibrinolytic activity
and acts rapidly on localized inflammation.

Mode of use: While you are taking Indoler APS, do not use any other over-the-counter cough,
cold, allergy, or pain medication without first asking your doctor. This is to avoid any accidental

while taking this medication as alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage while taking
paracetamol.

In case of a missed dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your
next dose, take only that dose. Do not take double or extra doses.
