Rentals per month includes cost of relocation from indoor offices to nursery

Rentals will include maintenance on the plant 
Monthly maintenance would by INR 500- 800 per plant depending on the 
type of the plant. The maintenance cost includes relocation of the plant 
every 15 days to nursery and back
