Who are We 
Indus Research Centre (IRC) is a not-for-profit, independent research 
organization based in New Delhi. The IRC has been conceived and 
promoted by young researchers under the guidance of eminent 
scholars with a view to bridge the gap in the existing academic and 
policy discourse.
Our mission 
Our mission is to provide an Indo-centric research and to revive the 
intellectual discourse with a view to link the past with the present. We also 
aim to focus on critical contemporary issues of the region and suggest 
viable solutions that are locally and culturally suitable. The IRC is 
committed to the cause of promoting objective and empirical research 
with conscientious reporting and analysis.
Objectives 
To establish an Indo-centric research centre 
To carry out substantive research on different policy and ideological issues 
To source articles and commentaries on contemporary issues 
To provide research support to elected representatives and other socio-political 
activists 
To organize public talk, seminars and workshops 
To provide small grants and fellowships to young scholars/researchers
Democracy 2.0 
This initiative helps in taking the right steps towards building a successful and 
vibrant democracy in India. 
Democracy 2.0 is an initiative of the IRC to help legislators, political activists and 
interested individuals in strengthening their arguments through objective 
research work and empowering them through social media. 
We send commentary and articles to elected representatives on different issues 
of national importance on regular basis. 
We also provide on demand research support to elected representatives and 
other socio-political activists.

Graduate from IIT Roorkee . His area of interest is policy issues.

She is currently pursuing PhD in History. Her area of interest is women and cultural issues.

Research scholar from the discipline of law. He graduated from the National Law University, Bhopal. His research area 
include Art. 370, Dalit Issues and policy issues.

Law Graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. His area of interest include policy issues.
