To create or edit a listing on Infogroup, users first search for their business online or add a new listing. They then click "Claim Now" and go through a phone verification process by confirming a number called to their phone. After verification, users make an account and can access their listing, which they can edit anytime. To delete a listing, users must email Infogroup.
3. Find Your Business
If you add your business, youll be taken to a similar screen, also with a
Claim Now button.
Follow the same steps as an existing business (seen on the next slides).
4. Phone Verification
After you click Claim Now, you will begin the phone verification
process:
If the number on your listing is incorrect, email Infogroup at
contentfeedback@infogroup.com.
5. Phone Verification
After you click Yes, Call Me Now, Infogroup will call your phone
number. The automated phone call will prompt you to enter the
number displayed on your screen.
6. Listing Confirmed
Once the phone verification process is
complete, youll be directed to a page
where you will need to create an account.
After creating an account, youll be able to
access your listing.
8. Editing Your Listings
You can edit your listings as often as youd like.
