Information is like water that ideas need to grow, while knowledge is the soil that allows ideas to take root and shoot off. For new ideas to flourish, information must flow freely so knowledge can be enriched in environments that nurture ideas. Unless these conditions are met, efforts will not bear fruit as ideas are unable to develop or spread.

- 9. We need to create environments where knowledge is enriched and allows new ideas to take off.
- 10. We need to make information flow to and within those environments, helping new ideas grow.
- 11. Then our efforts will bear fruit.
