- #9: The art is by Raoul Dufy, one of the most important and prolific French artists of the 20th Century.
- #10: Dufys life is of interest to me as a rheumatologist as he suffered from rheumatoid arthritis. Dufy was one of the first persons in the world to receive cortisone treatment. Steroids, as cortisone are now known as, had profound beneficial effects on Dufy who went on to create more than 200 more paintings.
- #12: In 1948, the first few patients received cortisone for RA at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. By 1950, this discovery was rapidly recognized by the Nobel Prize awarded to Philip Hench and his assoc. Edward Kendall (of Mayo Clinic).
- #13: Not a day goes by in clinic that I dont thank Steroids which remain one of the most powerful disease modifying chemicals. Steroids profoundly alter the bodys chemistry and thereby structure (of joints) and their function.

- #18: The mechanism of Tai Chi offered by authors? Moving Qi No further explanation was given as to what Qi even is! But we are now moving to Subtle Energies. Those that are difficult to detect with standard scientific instruments
- #20: The term Subtle Energy was coined by William A. Tiller, PhD of Stanford University.
- #21: We mistake the physical stuff as all there is! However, inbuilt in the human physiology is the acupuncture and chakra system. We are a long-way to building instruments that can reliably measure these energy pumps.
- #22: But to continue expanding the paradigm, we must look at Information, which in Modern Physics is accepted to be a fundamental building block of the Universe (and intimately related to energy). To do that we need a primer of some old science.

The key to the imprinting process is EMOTION, bringing lots of joy into the process. EMOTION seems to pump up the efficiency of imprinting which is done over 30 min sessions. (Try holding an intention for even 1 min!)
