  • #5: Our Vision Who knows what we are here for? What is our vision? If you do not know, then why are you here, how can you care, it is just a job. I want to tell you what our vision is and what that means for you. I want to tell you about our strategies to deliver that vision and what that means for you. At the end of it all you will feel that what we do matters and is worth doing, and want to support that. I want you to care, believe, want to make a difference and know how to make a difference.
  • #6: Preferred global provider not for everything, for what we want to do. When someone has a problem, we want to be the solution. If you had a choice, it would be us.

  • #8: Using our distinctive culture We are not like everyone else, and we do not plan to be. We want to be different. We have a range of different subcultures too and we want to foster that.
  • #9: To add value to our clients Were not here to sell hours, services, engineering. We want to provide solutions to our clients. We want to make a difference in how they do their business.
  • #10: Prosperity for our people We want you to prosper. It is core to our vision. Grow professionally and personally, be fairly compensated, at the end of each day be more than you were at the beginning. This is our vision. Everything we do should relates to how we will deliver this. This is the question you need to ask yourself when at a cross roads is it consistent with the vision not what is the policy or procedure. You need to challenge yourself and us on this all the time. You are important and your skills are important and we need that to succeed. Ok so how do we deliver this?
