Managed IT blueprint development & implementation of BI tools
to create Executive Dashboards.
Developed a full Licensing / franchising program for Goodpacks
international expansion.
Responsible for the developed of the blueprint for RFID project
implementation in order to tag all Goodpack containers in the
fleet and ensuring that tracking and tracing of the fleet was
possible in real-time.

Achieved business growth of 30% year-on-year with
a net profit of 28%.
Restructured sales infrastructure and aligned with
the existing verticals and new automotive vertical.
Implemented a global rate increase program to
collect 30 million USD in 3 years.
Initiated & implemented the supply chain cost

USD.
Successfully managed the end to end process for
the 60 million USD for sea/road/warehouse
management tender across 70 countries.
