This document discusses the status and strategy for web accessibility at NAVER over the past 3 years. It acknowledges that while awareness has grown, web accessibility is still unsatisfactory due to a lack of consistency. The strategy proposes establishing guidelines (NWACG), checklists, coding conventions, automation tools, and usability testing with disabled users to improve consistency and the user experience for disabled users.
