What challenges did you realize whilst applying for
a job? „Selling myself (being modest, insecure, confi-
dence) not confident with open questions in an job interview“
What do you think would have helped you to be more confident?
„Practice, coaching, preparation“
Which Key learnings from school did you take away?
„Feedback from real clients > Indicator for your level of experience
Connection to the industry > Building network whilst study
Learning to view things out of other peoples perspective and
being able to understand that people are driven by different
things.“
He said practice and coaching would help him.
Since I know he has problems remembering thing, I‘m
not sure if practice can help that much.
I think he needs to think about his person, skills and
experiences and connect each to a story he experienced.
That helps him remembering. As a side effect his statem-
ents feel stronger when grounded in real experiences.
Just finished studies.
Had his first job inerviews.
Working as an intern.
Happy with his job.
Overall it felt that he is very confident.
It surprised me that he named „selling
myself“ as a challenge.
My assumption was, that his education
was more theoretical, that he might feel
insecure, because he has no real experience
with clients.I know this person personally, so I know that his mind is all
over... therefore he forgets a lot.
