14. A Word of Warning!
Consider your monthly limit re your
internet /phone etc
Dont add lots of big files at once!
E.g. video, large images
Dropbox could blow your limit when
it synchronises with your device!

To rest eyes and give
them relief from the
glare of the screen.
1.Shut your eyes and
hold them closed for 3
seconds
2.Open your eyes for 3
seconds
3.Repeat 5 times.
30. Backward wrist stretch
Purpose: to maintain flexibility of the muscles in
forearms, wrist and hands.
Place the palms of your hand together at neck
height and in a prayer position.
Move your hands downwards while
maintaining full contact with both palms
Hold for 10 seconds
Repeat 3 times
35. While sitting,
Grasp your hands together
above your head, with your
palms up and shoulders
relaxed.
(Or simply reach your arms
up above your head)
Stretch arms up.
Dont hold your breath or
arch your back.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Tall stretch Dont do any stretch
that could hurt you.
This is a good stretch to do anytime, anywhere. You know your limits!
