ZPoint is a simple tool to release feelings that do not allow for happiness and fulfillment. It involves identifying a characteristic feeling about a person, situation, or thought, placing it in an imagined releasing circle, and repeating a cue word like "yes" or "thank you" to eliminate that feeling and everything connected to it from one's subconscious mind. The process should be repeated at least three times to fully release the feeling. Releasing feelings that do not feel good connects one to a larger sense of freedom and expanded self, leading to an improved life. ZPoint takes around 6 minutes and can help one feel better about almost anything.

Your subconscious mind is doing the actual work.Your only job is to continue to repeat your cue word as you guide yourself or are guided through the process.

10. Start with Releasing CircleImagine a Circle directly in front of you.Intend that the Characteristic Feeling be placed within the Releasing Circle. Count down from 10 to 0, repeating your cue word between counts.If your mind wanders, just bring it back to repeating your cue word.

12. Clearing the RemainderAs the old saying goes once is not enough. If we dont want that feeling coming back we must make sure we release ALL OF IT. We normally do 3 rounds for each clearing, more if any part of that feeling remains, including whatever we assume we cant feel consciously.
13. Do it at least 3 timesGo through the process at least 3 times for each feeling.Then TEST to see if its completely gone.If not, take that feeling through the process one more time, just to be sure.
